Mr. Hussain Imam Fatmi is the Person in charge of the organization. His native place is Village Jingi of Lohardaga district, born and bought up in the same place. After he was completed graduation and then admitted and successfully completed Post graduate Diploma in Rural Development from Xavier Institute of Social Service Ranchi in the year 1995.

After Completion of P.G.D.R.D. Worked in different NGO’S in Jharkhand State on the Issue of women, Leadership development, Livelihood, Land, Water, forest (Natural Resources), Education, Health, income generation, social harmony etc.

At present working in the capacity of Secretary SPARK for development of the poor, marginalized, disadvantaged and destitute in Jharkhand state.
